When designing learning experiences, my process follows a structured approach with multiple iterations and ongoing collaboration with stakeholders.

  • I start by understanding the learning need, the audience, and the goals. This includes chatting with stakeholders, figuring out what’s missing, and identifying what success looks like.

  • I map out the course structure, create storyboards, and decide on interactive elements that will engage learners. This is where I think about how to make the content meaningful, fun, and accessible.

  • Using tools like Rise 360, Storyline, and Canva, I bring the design to life. I build activities, quizzes, and visuals, then test everything to make sure it works seamlessly.

  • I launch the course on the chosen platform, making sure everything runs smoothly. If there are any hiccups, I adjust quickly to keep things on track.

  • After the course is live, I gather feedback, check how learners are doing, and measure results. I use this info to improve the course and make future projects even better.

This process ensures every project meets the needs of learners and achieves the desired impact.
